In case you are wondering, when I was in Mexico and faced with a similar challenge, I filled a plastic water bottle & left it in the sun. Then, with a hole poked in the top, I could spray myself off. Adding a bar of soap and a wash-cloth to the mix was the final thing. If you want to take a nice, comfortable shower, bring your wife next time. She will think of such things for you.
